FreeQR Codes is built for legitimate, reasonable use by individuals, teams, and organizations. To keep the service reliable for everyone, the following are not allowed.
Not allowed
- Spam or malicious redirects. No bulk-spam campaigns, no redirects to malware, no mass-distribution of unsolicited links.
- Phishing or deception. No QR codes that impersonate brands, banks, or government services to steal credentials or money.
- Illegal content. No destinations that host or facilitate illegal material, including but not limited to content that exploits minors, incites violence, or distributes copyrighted material without rights.
- Abuse of automation. No scripted creation of accounts or QR codes at a rate that disrupts the service.
Reasonable usage limits
Even on Pro, "unlimited" assumes ordinary product use. If your traffic patterns suggest automated abuse, we may rate-limit, contact you, or suspend the account while we investigate.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. We'll usually contact you first; in urgent cases (active phishing, ongoing abuse) we may act without prior notice. If you believe an action was taken in error, email us and we'll review it.

If you encounter a QR code or short link that appears to violate this policy, please report it to hello@freeqr.codes with the short code or URL.
