Acceptance
Creating an account or using the generator means you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
FreeQR Codes lets you design QR codes, optionally save them to an account, and (with a tracked link) view scan analytics. The features available depend on your plan.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including the destination URLs encoded by your QR codes. Keep your sign-in email secure.
Acceptable use
See the Fair Use policy. In short: no spam, no phishing, no malicious or illegal destinations. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate this.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before any claim.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the Fair Use policy. We'll give you reasonable notice unless the breach requires immediate action.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes are handled in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer-protection law says otherwise.
